SOLMEME BOT is an automation tool, not a financial product. We do not guarantee, imply, or promise any specific financial returns, profits, or trading outcomes.

⚠️ Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. The value of digital assets can decrease significantly in a short period of time. Historical win rates or backtesting results do not guarantee future performance.

The bot uses algorithmic strategies based on technical indicators. Markets are unpredictable. No algorithm can predict the future with certainty. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

Use At Your Own Risk

By using SOLMEME BOT, you acknowledge that:

SOLMEME BOT is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs.

Burner Wallet Policy

You are required to use a dedicated bot wallet (commonly called a "burner wallet") — a separate Solana wallet created specifically for use with this bot.

Required

Create a new Solana wallet in Phantom, Solflare, or any wallet app. Fund it only with the amount you're willing to risk.

Prohibited

Using your main wallet that holds significant funds, NFTs, or other valuable assets not intended for trading.

We are not responsible for any losses resulting from using a main or primary wallet with this bot. This warning is displayed prominently in the bot interface before any key can be entered.

No Refunds on License Keys

All purchases of license keys are final and non-refundable. This is because:

🔑 The license key is a digital product delivered instantly upon confirmed payment. Once the key is shown to you and activated, the product has been fully delivered. We cannot "take back" a delivered digital key.

Before purchasing, you may use Paper Trading mode completely free — no key required — to evaluate the bot's interface and behavior with simulated trades.

Exception: If your payment was sent but no key was generated due to a technical error on our side, contact support with your transaction ID and we will resolve it.

We Do Not Store Private Keys

This is our most important commitment to you. Your private key:

Processed in browser memory (JavaScript) — never leaves your device Local only

Used to sign transactions locally — only the signed transaction is sent to Solana Signed locally

Never transmitted to our servers, never stored in database Not stored

🔒 Our database stores only: license keys, email addresses, browser fingerprints, and expiry dates. No private keys. No wallet seeds. No transaction signing capability on our side.

You can verify this by inspecting the page source code (Ctrl+U) and searching for how the private key is handled — it never appears in any network request.

No Liability for Trading Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOLMEME BOT and its operators shall not be liable for:

⚠️ Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this bot, including but not limited to: trading losses, missed opportunities, slippage, failed transactions, RPC downtime, or market volatility.

The decision to use this bot with real funds is entirely yours. We provide a tool; how you use it is your responsibility. Always start with the minimum amount and increase gradually as you understand the bot's behavior.

License Terms

Each license key grants:

✅ 30 days of access to SOLMEME BOT Live mode · 1 device (browser fingerprint binding) · Personal use only · Non-transferable without contacting support

One key = one device. The key binds to your browser fingerprint on first activation. If you change devices, contact support via Telegram to reset the binding — this is a free service.

Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation without refund.

Your Security Responsibilities

While we implement security best practices on our side, you are responsible for:

Use up-to-date antivirus software. Avoid using the bot on shared or public computers.

Be cautious of browser extensions. A malicious extension could read page content. Use a dedicated browser profile.

Burner wallet

Only use a dedicated wallet with limited funds. Never store more than you trade with.

Save your license key

The key is shown exactly once. Copy it immediately. We cannot recover it for you.

Acceptable Use

SOLMEME BOT is intended for personal use only. You agree not to:

🚫 Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the bot source code · Share or sell your license key · Use the bot for market manipulation · Use the bot on behalf of others without their knowledge · Attempt to circumvent the license system

Violation of these terms results in immediate license revocation without refund.
